Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-12pm (emergencies only)

For your convenience we provide email and text message reminders for upcoming appointments.

On average, the longest appointment a patient has is the day the appliances are placed (Banding) which takes 1-2 hours. Once braces are placed, we schedule adjustment appointments that last an average approximately 20 minutes every 4 to 6 weeks.

Please know we are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. If you are unable to make it, we appreciate a phone call or email and we will be happy to reschedule you.
